– Completed Master’s in Ophthalmology (1991) from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal.
– Pursued a 2-year fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at the renowned Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai (1991–1993).
– Served as Vitreo-Retinal Consultant at Venu Eye Institute, New Delhi.
– Ex-Consultant, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai.
– Joined Bhopal Eye Hospital in 1996 as Consultant, pioneering retina surgery and laser treatments in Bhopal.
– Visiting vitreo-retinal consultant for leading hospitals in Bhopal including Ajwani Eye Hospital, Sewasadan Eye Hospital, and Mata Mandir Netra Sewa Kendra.
– On 16th March 2008, he established Vision Care & Research Centre, an exclusive eye care hospital in Bhopal.
